► “BLESSING OR CURSE THE CHOICE IS YOURS.” Triffonnath John read this book by Derek Prince and asked me to help him understand the following. WHY DOES IT SEEM AS IF CHURCH CLERGIES DENY JESUS’ FULL ATONEMENT? ARE NEW COVENANT BELIEVERS “ROBBING GOD” BY NOT PAYING ‘TITHES’ [AND ‘GIVING’ ENOUGH,] AND ARE THEY “CURSED WITH A CURSE?” WHEN AND HOW ARE “GENERATION CURSES [AND THE CURSE OF THE LAW] CUT OFF,” SO THAT BELIEVERS CAN BE BLESSED AND PROSPER AS CHURCHES REQUIRE?

I did not read Prince’s book. However, what churches require has absolutely no value unless it is seated in the full, contextual Word of God. God created us as free-willed beings. Thus, He will hold us all accountable for our decided, personal choices, (Deut. 30:15-20; Jn. 1:12-14; 2 Cor. 5:10 KJV.) Old Israel, governed by the Dual, Old Testament Covenant Law, (the outward ceremonial temple law and the inward Moral Law,) still had to personally CHOOSE obedience to The Law to receive God’s spiritual freedom, salvation, and blessing, (Lev. 17:11; chapters 18-20.) Cursedness and blessedness are actually different spiritual positions without or with God, (Deut. Chapter 28; 1 Pt. 2:9-10.) Israeli children were privileged to understand the importance of these choices. But when they reached the age of accountability, everyone was still liable to God for his or her OWN unrepented choices, and the consequences thereof.

· God declared in Ezekiel 18:19-26, “The son will NOT bear the guilt of the father because he did what is lawful and right, and kept ALL My statues… He will surely live [under My redemption, salvation, and blessing.] His righteousness will be upon himself, but he who sins [unrepentedly] will die…” No one can be saved “automatically” or by the choices, church sacraments, etcetera, of parents or anyone else. God judged Israel as a nation, but He spared the obedient ones among them, just as He does with those among His New Covenant believers from all nations, Israelis included; (Jn. 3:16-21!) Under Jesus’ New Covenant, it is a fact that the “full package” of redemption, salvation, and blessing is freely “inherited” at the moment we truly believe in, and accept Jesus, (Jn. 1:2-14; 3:3-5.) And as “Jesus is the Light of the world, [it is sustained by] those who follow Him, [as they] will never walk in darkness, but have [present tense] the Light of Life;” or everything they might need, (Jn. 8:12.)

Concerning the question about the abuse of Jesus’ completed, full atonement, (among the many other things they distort,) all church clergies misinterpret Scripture. They begin by blending the Two very different Testaments or Covenants of the Bible, to substitute Jesus’ atonement with their church’s manmade ‘saving sacraments,’ ‘deliverance,’ and (financial) ‘blessing,’ (Jn. 19:28-30!) But if we believe that the full, spiritual blessing, (which Jesus transferred to true believers by enduring the entire spiritual state of cursedness for us on the cross,) pertains only to the ‘tithes and offerings’ that churches require to “earn their financial blessing,” we actually forfeit God’s entire state of blessing that pertains to every level of life! (Gal. 3:13-14) However, if clergies teach Jesus’ Truth instead of their church doctrines, norms, and forms, they will lose their wealth, prestige, and lofty positions. So, to keep their ranks and files, they “again entangle believers with a yoke of bondage.” As adherence to the Old Testament’s OUSTED ceremonial laws makes both clergies and church members “debtors to keep the Whole Law, [which is impossible,] they [all] became estranged from Christ, [The Word, Truth, and God’s Righteousness,] and fall from grace!” (Gal. 3:10-14! 5:1-6; Jam. 2:10 KJV!) Thus, clergies deceive believers to reject Jesus' grace to actually bring them into the entire cursed state without Jesus’ atonement. How incredibly serious is that!

The truth is, in the Old Testament’s fulfilled and discarded, outward ceremonial Law, (Hebrews 8:13; chapters 7-9,) tithes and offerings were the taxes and social grants of Old Israel. Before Israelis insisted on having a king like the Gentiles have, Israel was a God-ruled Theocracy, governed by their “parliament,” the temple priesthood, (1 Sam. 8:4-22!)

But in the New Testament Covenant with ALL believers worldwide, “God does NOT dwell in temples made by hands,” (1 Jn. 2:20,27! Acts 7:44-50 KJV.) Nothing of the Old Testament Covenant still stands, except as “EXAMPLES” of how God dealt with Old Israel on a MORAL level! (1 Cor. 10:6-11!) So, on a natural level, we must all pay our taxes to our governments and GIVE WILLINGLY TO THOSE IN NEED “AS THE HOLY SPIRIT LEADS US,” (Rom. 8:14.) It is a fact that the entire church system is an ungodly replica of the destroyed Hebrew temple system, (Jn. 2:19; Acts 11:26!) Accordingly, the dogma of "New Testament tithing and church giving to earn blessing" is merely the extortion of greedy clergies, which the unbelieving world knows as protection schemes, blackmail, and ransom ware! (2 Cor. 9:5,7!)

Their so-called ‘proof’ that believers “rob God” by not paying tithes, is Malachi 3:8-12. But the context of this gross abuse of God’s Word is Chapters 2-3, where God calls the corrupt old priesthood 'fornicators, adulterers,' and “robbers who are cursed with a curse,” because they even stole the “FOOD in His house!” (3:10) Translated into New Covenant terms, this directly refers to the greedy church clergies who even rob God of His blood-cleansed souls through their false church system and dogmas. Tithing and excessive giving to earn blessing does NOT relate to FULLY BLESSED, born again believers in Christ!

The “cut off of curses” is another brilliant deception that shows how clergies abuse Old Testament ‘examples’ (1 Corinthians 10:11 KJV,) to turn the “redeeming, blessing” Word of God into “bondage and cursedness,” so that believers ‘dare’ not defy their sinful control. E.g., Exodus 20:1-6 does NOT illustrate how God “curses” generations through their physical “inherited evil bloodline!” This Old Covenant EXAMPLE (1 Corinthians 10:11 KJV,) actually vividly demonstrates the spiritual, New Covenant rebirth of believers. It also shows God’s personal one-on-one judgment for unrepented sin, (Ezekiel 18:4, 19-20.) God commanded in Verses 1-3, “I AM the Lord your God, who brought [Israel] OUT OF the land of Egypt, [in N.T. Covenant terms, Egypt is the lost, cursed, spiritual position of people without God,] and OUT of the house of bondage, [in N.T. terms, this symbolizes redemption from soulical/mind bondage,]” (1 Ths. 5:21-23; 2 Cor. 10:3-5; Rom. 8:5-9 KJV.) 1 Pt. 2:9-10 say, “[Those who cling to the ousted ceremonial law and covenant with Israel,] stumble, being disobedient to [Jesus’ New Covenant] Word… (Hebrews 8:13.) But [genuine believers] are a chosen [New Covenant] generation. [And all believers form Jesus’ spiritual] royal priesthood; [not like the temporal Old Levitical priesthood, but according to the eternal Order of Melchizedek.] They are His own special people… WHOM HE [completely] CALLED OUT OF DARKNESS, [bondage, lostness, and cursedness,] INTO HIS MARVELOUS LIGHT [of complete spiritual freedom, salvation, and blessing!]” You were once not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy, [all the Gentile nations or non-Hebrews were excluded from God’s Old Covenant with the Hebrews,] but now have obtained mercy,” (Jn. 1:1-14.)

Ephesians 1:7; 12-14 confirm, “In Jesus we HAVE [present tense] the [full] redemption through His blood, [from bondage, lostness, and cursedness] through the [complete] forgiveness of sins… [Those] who trusted in Christ… AFTER you heard the Word of Truth [and of] salvation, in Whom also, having believed, were sealed [or indwelt] with the Holy Spirit… Who is the Guarantee of our [eternal inheritance… and so we] are His ATONED FOR POSSESSION…”

Colossians 1:13-14; 2:10, “Jesus has [past tense] delivered us from the POWER OF DARKNESS and CONVEYED US INTO [His] KINGDOM… And you are [spiritually] COMPLETE in Christ, Who is the Head of ALL principality and power!” So, how can the temple, the possession of the Spirit, the true body of Christ, (spiritually born OUT of darkness INTO His Light,] still be ‘linked to’ ancestor curses or remain possessed by demons that must be ‘cut off?’ True believers were wholly delivered from the POWER of darkness and transported INTO God’s Kingdom of Light at their sincere acceptance of the Lord Jesus Christ, (which is the rebirth: Jn. 1:12-14.) Thus, the Spirit will destroy those who unrepentedly defile His holy temple with lies, deceptions, and other sin! (Jn. 1:12-14; 3:3-5; 1 Cor. 3:16-17.)

God continued in Exodus 20:3-6 KJV, “[New Covenant believers, just as the Old covenant ‘example,’ Israel,] will have no other gods before Me. [This is the First Commandment of all the many precepts in God’s eternal Moral Law, (Leviticus chapters 18-20, Matthew 22:36-40,) and the only Law Jesus commanded: Jn. 13:34!] You will not make for yourself a carved image [OF ANYTHING TO WORSHIP – not ordinary art, but idols!] You will not bow down to [anyone but God] or serve them... For I will VISIT [NOT CURSE!] the INIQUITY [NOT CURSED BLOODLINE!] of the fathers upon the children to the… fourth generation OF THOSE WHO HATE ME.” Demonic influence is always present in sin, but in this context, ‘VISIT’ speaks of the CHOICE of believers and their descendants, who continue to commit ‘INIQUITIES’ according to the sins their parents taught them.

“But,” God then promises, “I will show mercy to thousands who love ME AND KEEP MY commandments, [the Moral Law.]”

Note that just as ‘bloodline curses,’ the “DESCENDANTS” of the righteous are not even mentioned here! Just as God does not ‘curse’ the descendants of “those who hate Him,” but WARNS how their unrepented idolatry and witchcraft will “VISIT” or affect their children, He does not promise His ‘automatic’ salvation, redemption and blessing to the physical descendants of even spiritually born again believers. This proves that just as in the Old Testament, the rebirth in Christ to “inherit” or freely receive God’s full spiritual blessing, remains a personal CHOICE for all people.

In fact, the so-called “physical evil bloodline that must be cut off,” (and there is no such thing as a spiritual ‘bloodline,’) is NOWHERE to be found in Scripture, (Rom. 5:12; Ezk. 18:19-20.) The physical bodies and blood of animals are so innocent and pure that they were sacrificed under the Old Testament covenant as symbols of the completely sinless Man Jesus, the Lamb of God. The same innocence goes for the physical ‘flesh’ of human beings. Scripture makes it clear that evil dwells in the fallen “heart” or human spirit, and it is steered through the corrupted “soul” or mind. This is a fallen spiritual position of sin that animals do not have, (Mt. 15:19; Rom. 5:12; 12:1-2.)

That is why Jesus, God Himself, were born from a human virgin, as Mary’s physical body was completely untainted. Yet, the human being Mary was not the ‘immaculate, perpetual virgin’ or ‘wife of god,’ which Roman Catholicism made her into. Mary was also spiritually born into the fallen state that all other ordinary men occupy since the fall, (Rom. 5:12.) Thus, Jesus, ‘supernaturally’ begotten by Father God, kept His Holy, Divine Nature when He was born as a sinless human being to become the Lamb of God, Who would “take away the sin, [lostness, bondage, and cursedness] of the whole [believing world,]” (2 Pt. 1:4; Acts 17:24; Jn. 1:1-14; 1:29; Heb. 1:1-14, etcetera.)
