HE STATED EMPHATICALLY IN HEBREWS 6:1-6, “[IF WE DO NOT PROGRESS IN TRUE KNOWLEDGE OF HIS WORD AND IN OBEDIENCE TO HIS NEW TESTAMENT COVENANT COMMANDMENTS,] IF WE FALL AWAY [INTO DECEPTION AND DISOBEDIENCE,] TO RENEW US AGAIN TO REPENTANCE, SINCE WE THEN CRUCIFY AGAIN FOR OURSELVES THE SON OF GOD, AND PUT HIM TO OPEN SHAME…” · DOES GOD’S GRACE IN CHRIST MEAN, EVEN IF WE DECIDEDLY CHOOSE JESUS, (WORTHLESS CHURCH MEMBERSHIP INCLUDED,) WE MAY SIN UNREPENTEDLY, OR REMAIN STAGNANT CHURCH ATTENDEES WITHOUT ACTIVELY FOLLOWING AND OBEYING HIM IN SCRIPTURAL TRUTH? Þ “He who says, ‘I know Him’ and does not keep His [Moral] commandments is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But he who keeps His Word, truly, the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are In Him,” (1 Jn. 2:4-5) Þ “The Word… [God Jesus] became flesh and dwelt among men… [And] as many as [chose to] receive Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God: to those who [chose to] believe in His Name, who were born… not from the will of man, but [spiritually] born of God, [through sincere and personal faith in Him,]” (Jn. 1:12-14; 3:3-5.) · Where is church membership or church dogma in any of this? Absolutely nowhere. Even under the ousted Old Testament Covenant, God commanded that man must exercise his free will to choose His Way, Truth, and Life, (Heb. 8:13; chapters 7-9.) He commanded, “I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life, [in serving Jesus Christ above all else through the truth of His Word,] and death, [if you reject Him,] blessing and cursing; [as Jesus fulfilled the law in it’s entirety in our place when He ‘became a curse’ at the cross, Gal. 3:10-14.] Therefore, choose life, [choose Jesus,] that you… my live; that you may love the Lord your God, that you may obey His voice, and that you may cling to Him, for He Is your life and the length of your days…” (Deut. 31:19.)
Þ Jesus commanded, “Enter by the Narrow Gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that lead to destruction, and many [follow that devastating path.] But Narrow is the Gate and difficult is The Way, [Jesus Himself,] that lead to life, and few are those who find it [and stay on it...] But he who endures to the end will be saved,” (Mt. 7:13-14; 24:13.) Þ Jesus said that [even] He was to be known by His fruits, (Jn. 10:37-38; 15:24.) So, His believers will also be “known by their [constant] fruits.” Accordingly, our Redeemer warned, “Not everyone who says to Me ‘Lord, Lord!’ will enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in That Day, ‘In Your Name we prophesied, cast out demons, and did many wonders…’ But I will answer, I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness! Whoever [heeds] My Word is like a wise man who built his [life] on The Rock...” (Mt. 7:15-28.) Þ “As the Holy Spirit says: ‘Today, [now, this very moment,] if you hear My voice, do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion in the wilderness, where [the Israelites] tested Me, tried Me, and [three thousand fell…]’ Beware, [believers,] lest there be any among you with an evil heart of unbelief in departing from the living God; but exhort one another daily, while it is called “Today,” lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. For we have become partakers of Christ if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast to the end…” (Heb. 3:7-19.) Þ “He who overcomes [through constant obedience to My Word,] will be clothed in white garments [at My return,] and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life… He who has an ear, let him listen to what the Spirit says…” (Rev. 3:3-6.) Þ “The [unrepented] cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars will have their part in the lake of fire… [In heaven] there will by no means enter anything that defiles, or causes an abomination or lie… Outside are dogs [lazy sleepers...] and whoever loves and practices a lie…” (Rev. 21:9; 22:15.) Þ “...Though Jesus was the Son, He learned obedience [to God’s Moral Law] by the things which He suffered. And being perfected [in human obedience,] He became the Author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him…” (Heb. 5:8-9.) Þ “That Day [singular] when “Jesus will be revealed from heaven with His mighty angels in flaming fire, [He will] take vengeance on those who do not [personally] know God, and on those [believers] who do not obey the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ… These will [all] be punished with everlasting destruction...” (2 Ths. 1:8-12; 2 Pt. 3:10-14.)
Subjects Þ “Unconditional Love” does not exist. God only saves through Jesus, the Way, Truth, and Life, (Jn. 14:6.) Þ Devil’s Faith: ‘Eternal Security’ or Faith Without Obedience is the kind of faith Demons have, (Jam. 2:14-26.) Þ Is there the Slightest Chance that believers can continue in sin and still inherit eternal life in heaven? DOES GOD SAVE AND LOVE US “UNCONDITIONALLY” – WITHOUT OBEDIENCE TO HIS CLEAR COMMANDMENTS, THE MORAL LAW, AND REPENTANCE FROM PERSONAL SIN?This debate is not about the Eternal, Full, and Completed atonement of Jesus Christ in our place, or the saved, redeemed, and blessed position or spiritual place that true believers occupy in the spiritual Kingdom of God, (Col. 1:12-14; 1 Pt. 2:9-10.) No one can dispute the fact that Jesus said, “It is finished,” when He died on that cross. Our atonement in Christ is forever complete; no one and nothing can ever add to it or subtract from it, (Col. 2:9-15.) Hence, the allegation that we “add” to His full atonement in our place by standing on all Jesus’ own Moral-Law warnings and commandments in the New Testament, cannot be warranted in the contextual truth of the New Testament, or in the whole Bible. This is about our personal responsibility to obey the only New Covenant Law of Jesus: the Moral or Royal Law of Love, to prove that “we are truly His disciples” and to glorify His Name, (Jn. 13:34-35.) Þ Jesus undoubtedly decreed the following Divine order in Jn. 13:34, “A New Commandment I give to you, that you love [or actually agape in deed and truth] one another as I have loved you…” This is the Moral Law, which is not actually new. It was also part of the dual Old Testament Law, (the ceremonial and Moral Law.) However, at the cross, Jesus loosened it from the Old Testament’s ceremonial or outward temple law when He “made the first [Old Testament] covenant obsolete,” to inaugurate His everlasting New Testament Covenant, which is guided only by the Moral Law of Agape, (Heb. 8:13; chapters 7-9.) Þ “If you abide in My [True] Word, you are truly My disciples,” (Jn. 8:31.) Þ “If you love Me, keep my [New Testament/Covenant/Moral Law] commandments… He who keeps My commandments, it is he who loves Me… He who does NOT love Me does NOT keep My words...” (Jn. 14:15, 21,24.) Þ “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My Word; [and the precepts of My inward Moral Law,] and My Father will love Him, and We will come to him and make Our home in him. [The Holy Spirit will indwell him at his salvation,]” (Jn. 14:23; 1:13.) Þ “Whoever is [spiritually] born of God, [as per John 1:12-13; 3:3-5,) does not sin [habitually and unrepentedly,] but he who has been born of God keeps himself [from disobeying God,] and the wicked one does not touch him,” (1 Jn. 5:19.) Þ He who endures [not in church membership but in faith and obedience] to the end, will be saved,” (Mt. 24:13.) Þ “Those who depart from Me, [their names] will be written in the earth… Jesus wrote [the names of the unrepented temple masters] in the dust [as a sign that they will never enter into heaven,]” (Jer. 17:13; Jn. 8:6, 8.) Þ Hebrews 3:15, “Today, if you hear His voice, do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion… [as] they could not enter in because of unbelief [or heart-hardness through persisting unrepentedly in sin.]” Þ Hebrews 6:4-6, “For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift [of salvation,] and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit, and tasted the good Word of God and the powers of the world to come; if they [choose to fall away through disobedience and unrepentance from sin,] to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and put Him to an open shame.” If we could merely accept Jesus and carry on sinning, and refuse to see that the wages that sin pays is eternal death because Jesus atoned for us in full, we would have to rewrite the entire Bible, and especially omit the New Covenant teachings and commandments of Jesus. God gave the entire truth of Scripture for His believers to actively follow. Where Jesus speaks of the broad and narrow ways, the sheep and the goats, and the five wise and five unwise virgins, He is not referring to the world without Christ versus the 'church.' He is speaking to believers. He is saying that He gave them His Scriptural Truth and the Moral Law to obey. Disobedience to His inward Moral Law proves that we are 'goats,' and obedience, however imperfect but constantly striving towards perfection, proves that we are His 'sheep,' (Jam. 3:1-2.) · The entire Bible warns that, left unrepented, sin will give Satan a hold on our thoughts and lives to separate us from God, (2 Cor. 10:4-6.) Lured back into the state of sin and bondage, we will eventually choose not to remain inside the Kingdom of Light anymore. And eventually, we, by our own choice, will lose our redeemed, saved, blessed position in the Kingdom of God and return to our previous, sinful state as a “dog returns to its vomit,” (2 Pt. 2:22; Prov. 26:11.) Paul cautioned in Eph. 4:17-24, “[Those who walk like the Gentiles walk] ‘in the futility of their minds,’ will be alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their hearts, who, being past feeling, give themselves over to lewdness, to work all uncleanness with greediness…” But those who follow Jesus] must put off that former conduct on a mind level, (2 Cor. 10:3-5; Rom. 8:5-12.) If we don’t, we live as though the Holy Spirit did not circumcise or cut away that old sin nature at our Scriptural water baptism, as Paul taught in Colossians 2:9-15 and Romans 6:1-14!) Hence, unrepentance from false dogma and other sin will “grow corrupt according to the deceitful lusts,” which will totally control us if we do not repent and are renewed in our minds, (Rom. 12:1-2.) Our minds or thoughts and beliefs must be continually renewed to know the will of God, that “we can put on the new man, which was created according to God in true righteousness and holiness [at our rebirth through faith in Jesus.]” Þ Reading and sincerely searching Scripture - how is it possible that anyone can misinterpret and reject Jesus' own warnings throughout the Gospels and Epistles as 'eternal security' without personal obedience? Can Jesus Himself be so confused as to command obedience to His Scriptural Truth without meaning what He says?
THE UNCONDITIONAL LOVE OF GOD OR OF ANYONE ELSE DOES NOT EXIST; GOD SAVES ONLY THROUGH JESUS, THE WAY, TRUTH, AND LIFE. JESUS IS GOD’S ULTIMATE GIFT AND LOVE FOR THE WHOLE WORLD, (Jn. 3:16.) The following is an extract from the book, “Dealing with Abuse & Abusers God’s Way.” The doctrine known as the “unconditional love and acceptance of God,” so-called “eternal security” or the “once saved always saved” belief, stems from the completely unbiblical, Calvinist doctrine, also known as “the perseverance of the saints.” It is grounded in the false Roman Catholic/Calvinist doctrine of Predestination. (God allegedly only chose some people from a certain religion such as Islam or denomination such as Calvinism to be saved, and condemns all others.) Þ The truth about the so-called “unconditional love of God” is that love, (any type of love,) without conditions, boundaries, or limitations is definitely not from the God of the Bible. “Unconditional” love for God or anyone else does not exist. Humanity is simply incapable of such love as we will always, “by default,” expect love in the form of fidelity, sincerity, etcetera, even if we do not give such love in return. Jesus said we must love others as we love ourselves. So, we must also expect others to respect and treat us according to His Moral Law, just as we are supposed to treat them. Additionally, the Almighty, All-wise; All-knowing God is too holy and righteous to love in a corrupt way where lying, cheating, and defiling everything holy and just, can be called “love,” (James 1:13-17 Of course we live by grace in Christ and have no spiritual merit of our own whatsoever. But because Godly love cannot exist in, or be attached to sin in any way, God gives us The Perfect Way to repent or depart from sin and follow Him to heaven. God showed His Love for us in giving us the Lord Jesus Christ, the power and leading of His indwelling Holy Spirit, and the truth of His entire Word, (Jn. 3:16; 14:6; Rom. 8:6-10.) Jesus declared, “I Am the Light of the world. He who [choose to] follow Me will never walk in darkness, but have the Light of [eternal] Life,” (Jn. 8:12.) Þ God commands us to repent from all sin, because sin damages the precepts of His perfect Moral Law of Love — actually ‘agape’ in deed in truth, which depicts God’s own Moral Character. Hence, it is correct to believe that God loves the sinner, (Jn. 3:16;) while He hates and will not tolerate the sin the sinner commits, (Rom. 6:11-14; 22-23.) So, if the sinner and his sin cannot be parted by the blood-covenant of Christ and the conviction of the Spirit, both sinner and sin will have to depart from the holy presence of God, (Mt. 7:21-24; Jn. 16:8-12; Mt. 25:1-11.) Þ This is an unchangeable truth of God’s Word, which sin-loving, ‘once-saved-always-saved’ believers never want to hear. However, nothing that I write is to entertain false beliefs and false hopes, but to bring all people, myself included, into a closer walk with God through the truth of His Word — which is the basis of all real Holy-Spirit love/agape and power. 1 John 4:10 explains, “In this is the love of God: not that we loved God, but that He loved us [first] and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.” ‘Propitiate’ means, ‘to win somebody’s favor.’ This means, God totally rejected all of humanity in their fallen state or lost position of sin, as sin cannot enter the most holy presence of God. That is why Jesus had to atone in full for all our sins to ‘win favor’ with God the Father for us and in our place! Þ As a result, God’s love for all people is fully revealed in and through the ‘propitiation’ or atonement of Jesus Christ in our place. As such, “Jesus is the Only Way to the Father, and no one [that is no one] comes to God except through Him,” (Jn. 14:6.) Þ Jesus is, therefore, the absolute precise and confined Way to God because He IS The Love/Agape of God for all believing humanity, (Jn. 3:16-18.) This proves that God’s Love — and our redemption, salvation, and blessing, are as limited or conditional as can be! There is only One God and One Mediator between God and man: the Man Jesus Christ; The Truth, Light, Life, and Way, (Jn. 14:6; 1 Tim. 2:5.) No one will ever come to God the Father in or through any other way, or through anyone or anything else, (John 10:10.) Þ Thus, to love others “unconditionally,” means that in violation of God’s Love in Christ, (“you will love your God with all your heart, soul, and strength, and your neighbor as yourself,”) we set absolutely no conditions or boundaries for our relationships with other people. We do not care how we treat others or how they treat us. We all accept even the worst treatment without the slightest complaint, self-preservation, or retaliation. Well, that might work if we were robots — but now, humanity was created “in the image [and with the moral character] of God!” Isn’t it strange that especially those who prefer to treat others that way, do not tolerate any such gross violations of God’s Moral Law against them? Þ The above is exactly what the psychopathic narcissist is all about. Narcissists are empty vessels of self-love without any Godly love. They only see God and other people as utensils to magnify themselves through their manipulative, deceitful control over everything and everyone, while they do exactly as they please without ever repenting from their malicious sins. Whether they choose to control people ‘passively’ (underhandedly) or aggressively, secretly or openly, countless demons steer the thoughts and actions, either good or bad, of those evil geniuses. They never do anything good unless they intend to use it for self-glorification. This is pure Satanism, (Jn. 8:44.) They abide by only one law their entire lives: “Do what thou willst is the whole of the law.” So, narcissists thrive on the “unconditional love” and “unconditional forgiveness” of others so they never need to stand corrected, while they have no love (mercy, forgiveness, or empathy) for anyone else.
"DEVIL'S FAITH:" GOD'S TRUE WORD CALLS 'ETERNAL SECURITY' OR THE ONCE-SAVED-ALWAYS-SAVED DOGMA, (FAITH WITHOUT OBEDIENCE TO HIS MORAL LAW COMMANDMENTS,) THE KIND OF FAITH THAT DEMONS HAVE Some churches even go as far as to reject entire New Testament books such as James, which absolutely refutes the doctrine of Predestination or ‘Eternal Security’ without obedience to Jesus, which also forms the core of Islamic dogma. As seen above, the entire Bible stands on the fact that humanity has a God-given free will to choose Jesus and His full atonement in their place — which Calvinism, among many other vital Scriptural Truths, also denies! Then, true believers must choose to follow Jesus through obedience to His only New Testament law, the Moral Law, because, “as the body without the human spirit is dead, (1 Ths. 5:23,) so faith without obedience to the commandments of Christ is dead,” (Jam. 2:15-26; Jn. 14:15; Jn. 8:31; 1 Jn. 2:4.) Only those who sincerely choose Jesus and strive to obey Him to glorify His Name, are the true “chosen” or “predestined” of God, (Jn. 1:11-14; Eph. 1:7; 11-14.) Again, church membership has nothing to do with this. James 2:14-26 states: "What does it profit... if someone says he has faith but does not have [Holy-Spirit led, Moral Law] works? [Jn. 13:34.) Can such faith save him? If [someone] is naked and hungry, [conmen excluded] and one says, [I bless you and pray for you...] but [does not help,] what does his faith profit him? · “Thus faith by itself, if it does not have [Moral Law, agape] works, is dead... You believe that there is One God. You do well. Even the demons believe [without obeying Him] and they tremble! [As they know their chosen destiny is eternal hell.] Don't you know, o foolish man, that faith without [obedience to God's Moral Law of Love] is dead? Was Abraham justified by works when he offered Isaac...? Do you see that faith was working together with his [obedient] works, and by works [our personal faith, not the full atonement of Christ,] was made perfect? ...You see then that a man is justified by [obedient] works and not by faith [in Jesus Himself and in His full atonement] only... For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also."
